Project Overview

As the sole designer and project manager, I led the end-to-end development of a digital presence for a new nonprofit organization, the NextGen InterArt Foundation (NIF), which focuses on cross-disciplinary art education and community well-being.

The Art Contest Program – A nationwide initiative for art-loving students in grades 6–12. The contest innovates the defining categories of art, bringing in different cross-paths such as science and art, film art, literature and art, etc.

The Mental Wellness Program – A free community-based offering focused on emotional health, access to creative resources, and destigmatizing mental health through the arts.

XC Creative Art Contest

I led the entire design process for the XC Creative Art Contest—from brainstorming contest requirements and category structures to filming and editing marketing videos featuring the judges.

Challenge:
I needed to present all contest information in a clear, thorough, and well-structured way—while also making it visually engaging and easy to digest. This included organizing detailed breakdowns for each category and embedding videos in a seamless layout.

Solution:
To solve the challenge, I focused on organizing complex contest information into a clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow layout. I broke down dense content into digestible sections with distinct headings and structured each category on its own page, pairing video introductions with concise descriptions. By using thoughtful spacing, typography, and consistent visual elements, I created a smooth user flow that guided visitors through the contest overview, category breakdowns, and submission steps. The final design made it easy for users to absorb all the necessary information without feeling overwhelmed.

Sound Healing Session

Another on-going project is Art Therapy and Youth Education, where sound healing sessions are taking place for free. The goal of the page is to explain what sound healing is and introduce the goal to support community. The page also needs accessible sign-up button.
