Project Overview
1stCollab is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that streamlines the process of launching and managing influencer campaigns.
Designed for brands and creators, it automates tasks such as sourcing creators, negotiating rates, reviewing content, handling payments, and tracking performance metrics.
Role
I was comissioned to design the creator progress dashboard. The goal is to give brands visibility into their campaign funnel metrics—both an overview and by creator—so they don’t need to ping the Slack channel for updates.
Challenges
(1) Lack of Real-Time Campaign Visibility
Brands often feel uncertain about what’s happening in their campaigns—especially during the early stages after creator approval, when there's a delay before creators appear in the dashboard. With no self-serve way to track progress, they frequently turn to Slack for updates, creating unnecessary back-and-forth and eroding confidence in the platform's transparency.
(2) Missing Funnel Insights
Brands often experience poor funnel performance but aren’t aware of it due to limited access to real-time metrics. Without visibility into drop-offs or conversion issues, brands can’t proactively troubleshoot or improve outcomes.
(3) No Way to Track Individual Creator Progress
When brands manually add creators or focus on specific individuals, they currently have no way to monitor that creator’s status in the pipeline. This leads to direct pings and a reliance on internal teams to investigate.

Wireframing
One of the challenges in creating the wireframe is establishing a clear informational hierarchy while incorporating all the desired filters. The system follows a top-down filtering structure, where higher-level filters control those below.

The top filter will be controling all data shown below.

This is an overall funnel metrics display, allowing brands to view the complete activity associated with their campaign.
We’re considering showing both cumulative activities—which provide a summary of all actions—and selective activities, where brands can control the cohort to filter specific insights.

This is a list stepper view of all creators, organized by their progress status. An additional third filter will allow users to sort and reorder the creator list based on specific criteria.
Design Elements
One of the key design breakdown is to clearly showcase the creator progress. We broke down the progress into 6 steps:
Activated | Contracted | Responded | Submitted Bid | Signed Contract | Completed
With this 6 steps tracker, each will have 5 progress status:
Completed | Waiting to Start | In Progress | Waiting for brand action | Terminated
I designed the 6 different step icons, and defined the look for 5 progress status:
